What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality care to medical-surgical patients
- Monitor patient health status and administer medications as prescribed
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient information accurately in electronic health records
- Respond promptly and effectively to patient needs and emergencies
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
- Contribute to a positive, patient-centered care environment
What You Need
Required:
- MN RN license
- BLS, ACLS certifications
- At least one year of hospital nursing experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred:
- PALS and TNCC certifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher
- Experience in a hospital medical-surgical unit
