What You’ll Do
- Conduct evaluation and assessments for patients requiring physical medicine and rehabilitation services
- Develop and implement customized care plans to optimize recovery
- Support patient mobility and functional independence through therapy interventions
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated patient care
- Document patient progress accurately in accordance with facility standards
- Participate in team meetings and treatment planning sessions
- Educate patients and families on therapy routines and progress
What You Need
Required
- Valid WA Licensure in Physical Therapy or relevant credential
- Prior experience in rehabilitation settings preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred
- Experience in outpatient or inpatient rehab
- Knowledge of physical therapy best practices and protocols
