What You’ll Do
- Provide quality emergency care to patients in a 4-bed ER with additional swing beds
- Monitor, assess, and stabilize patients in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently
- Follow established protocols and safety standards
- Assist with patient transfers and coordination of care
What You Need
Required:
- Active RN license in Texas or eligible for licensure
- BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
- Minimum of 2 years of ER and med/surg experience
Preferred:
- TNCC certification
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
