Praxiya is partnering with an established psychiatric practice in Southeast Michigan to connect experienced, fully licensed therapists with additional patient referrals and flexible part-time clinical opportunities.

This opportunity is ideal for therapists looking to expand their caseload, supplement their existing practice, and maintain flexibility in their professional schedule. The position is primarily telehealth-based, with some in-office availability required.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual therapy and other appropriate clinical services within your scope of practice and licensure.
Deliver evidence-based, client-centered care tailored to patients' treatment goals and clinical needs.
Maintain appropriate clinical documentation and comply with applicable professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.
Manage a flexible, part-time schedule while maintaining existing clinical commitments.
Participate in the practice's referral and patient care processes as needed.
Provide occasional in-office sessions in Southeast Michigan, as required.

Eligible Licenses:
LMSW-Clinical (Licensed Master Social Worker – Clinical)
LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor)
LP (Limited or fully licensed psychologist, as applicable to the practice's credentialing requirements)
Work Arrangement: Primarily remote/telehealth, with some in-office availability required in Southeast Michigan.

Compensation: Per-session compensation as a 1099 independent contractor. Rates and payment details can be discussed during the introductory call.

Skills

Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience.
Active Michigan license in an eligible discipline.
Experience providing psychotherapy and managing a clinical caseload.

Interest in accepting additional patient referrals on a part-time basis.
