Post-Call Day Off or Early Release the Following Day (Approximately 11:00 AM)

Provide Cardiac Anesthesia Services
Administer Anesthesia for Cardiac Surgical Procedures
Provide Perioperative Anesthesia Management
Evaluate Patients Before Surgical Procedures
Develop and Implement Anesthesia Care Plans
Monitor Patients During Surgical Procedures
Manage Anesthesia-Related Complications
Provide Anesthesia Care Across Surgical and Procedural Areas
Collaborate With Surgeons and Specialty Clinicians
Provide Night Beeper Call Coverage as Scheduled
Respond to Anesthesia Needs During On-Call Hours

Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology - Required
Active Pennsylvania Medical License or IMLC Letter of Qualification - Required
ACLS - Required
PALS - Required
At Least 2 Years of Clinical Experience in Cardiac Anesthesiology - Preferred
Must Be Comfortable Providing Cardiac Anesthesia
Must Be Comfortable Managing Complex Surgical Patients
Must Be Able to Provide Anesthesia Care for Patients of All Ages
Must Be Available for Scheduled Night Beeper Call Coverage
Must Be Comfortable With Post-Call Scheduling Requirements
Must Be Available for Requested Coverage Dates
Full-Time Availability Throughout 2027 - Preferred

Credentialing
