What You’ll Do:
- Manage inpatient cardiology consultations and follow-up care
- Assist with hospital rounds alongside physicians
- Provide discharge instructions and post-procedure care management
- Collaborate with hospital staff to deliver high-quality patient care
- Document patient interactions accurately in Epic EMR
- Contribute to patient safety and quality improvement initiatives
What You Need:
Required:
- Valid state license (PN or PA) in Michigan
- Ability to work independently in inpatient hospital settings
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred:
- 1+ year of cardiology APP experience
- Familiarity with Epic EMR
- BLS and ACLS certifications

Henry Ford Jackson is a Level II trauma center dedicated to providing exceptional inpatient care to adult and geriatric populations. This cardiology APP role primarily supports inpatient hospital rounds, ensuring optimal patient outcomes in a dynamic, team-focused environment.
