NURSE PRACTITIONER /PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT -OUTPATIENT OPPORTUNITY

Join single specialty practice of 10 physicians & mid level providers who collectively treat children, adolescents, adults through senior citizen age patients for primary care. On site labs. ROLE
Will see patients in 100% outpatient clinic. No OB nor any hospital rounding.
30 clinical patient hours
Work from one site
Call: Phone only 1x every 10weeks
Half day on Saturday (2x per month)

$120k Guaranteed salary + bonus

Must be licensed or obtain an active license to practice medicine in Illinois
1+ years experience preferred
NP Certified or Physician Assistant Certified+ Bilingual Spanish required
