General Dermatologist - Equity Opportunity Morgantown, WV Position Highlights: - 100% outpatient general dermatology - Procedures done in exam rooms
- Strong patient load and referral base - you start with an active patient panel
- No call, nights, or weekends. All handled by a call center
- 1 MA per 15 patients, 2 experienced APPs, and an in-house MOHS surgeon
- Cosmetic dermatology is an open growth area in the market
Compensation & Benefits: - Top physicians on this model are earning $650k - adding a higher surgical or cosmetic mix and APP supervision adds to that.
- Up to $100k signing bonus
- 25-30 days of PTO
