Description
We are seeking a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner for an engaging 79-day assignment in Ohio. This role involves comprehensive patient care, including evaluations, medication management, and charting within an outpatient clinic setting. The schedule runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM, allowing for 30 minutes of administrative time daily.
Responsibilities and Duties - Patient evaluations
- Medication management
- Charting
- Managing chronic conditions, including diabetes and hypertension
- Addressing acute illnesses
- Providing behavioral health medication management
- Conducting physicals
- Performing patient follow-ups
Additional Information - EMR: Nextgen
- Required Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Setting: Outpatient (Clinic Only)
- Patients per day: 10-17
- LOA: 79 days
- Staffing Mix: RN, psychiatrist, practice director, referral specialist
