RN - ER Nurse - Baton Rouge, LA | Day Shift 12 Hour | $54.31/hr

What You’ll Do
- Assess and prioritize patient needs in a fast-paced emergency department
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to diverse patient populations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Provide patient education tailored to individual needs and medical conditions
- Document patient care activities accurately and promptly
- Monitor patient status and respond quickly to changes or emergencies
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards
What You Need
Required:
- Valid RN license in Louisiana
- 2+ years of ER nursing experience
- Current BLS, CPI, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred:
- Additional clinical specialty certifications
- Experience in high-acuity emergency settings
