What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality patient care across SICU, NCCU, MICU, Cardiology, and CVICU units
- Monitor complex, high-acuity patients with a focus on safety and outcomes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Support and mentor float staff and new team members
- Respond promptly to critical patient needs, utilizing advanced clinical skills
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately
- Adapt quickly to changing patient conditions and unit needs
What You Need
Required:
- Ohio RN license
- Prior ICU or critical care nursing experience
- Strong clinical judgment and adaptability
- Ability to work night shifts consistently
Preferred:
- Experience in multiple ICU specialties
- Ability to handle high patient acuity and complex clinical scenarios
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
