What You’ll Do
- Deliver anesthesia care across a broad surgical and procedural spectrum, including trauma, neuro/spine, cardiac, thoracic, vascular, OB/GYN, pediatrics, plastics, orthopedics, robotics, and more
- Work under a medically directed model with a 1:3 coverage ratio (max 1:4)
- Perform epidurals without a doctor present and utilize ultrasound and regional anesthesia techniques
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and clinical staff to ensure patient safety and comfort
- Document patient care accurately within the Epic EMR system
- Maintain compliance with all licensing, certification, and hospital policies
What You Need
- Required:
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification
- Valid PA license or compact licensing
- ACLS and PALS certifications
- Preferred:
- At least 2 years of anesthesia experience
- Ability to work independently and handle diverse patient cases
