What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-quality patient care in the ICU setting, adapting to diverse patient needs
- Effectively utilize nursing processes to assess, plan, and implement care

- Delegate and coordinate resources to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Use data and clinical knowledge to evaluate and improve care procedures
- Maintain strict adherence to safety, privacy, and infection control protocols

What You Need
Required:
- Current Louisiana RN license
- Minimum of 2 years ICU experience, including EPIC documentation proficiency
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, CPI (Blue Card) from recognized providers
- Strong communication and judgment skills
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- Additional clinical specialty certifications
