Registered Nurse - ICU – Kenner, LA | Night Shift 12 Hour

What You’ll Do:
- Provide high-quality critical care to ICU patients, monitoring vital signs and responding to emergent situations
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Assess patient needs and adapt care based on clinical judgment and evidence-based practices
- Use EPIC documentation system to ensure accurate and timely record-keeping
- Educate patients and families about care plans, procedures, and health management
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and safety protocols
- Support and mentor junior staff as needed
What You Need:
Required:
- Valid RN license in Louisiana
- BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
- CPI certification (blue card, 12 months) from Crisis Prevention Institute
- Minimum of 2 years ICU experience
- Proficiency in EPIC documentation
- Strong communication and clinical judgment skills
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- Additional certifications in clinical specialties
