   Requirements:
  

    
• 3+ years of experience
• MUST BE ABLE TO START ASAP - NO LATER THAN 11/11 - DO NOT SUBMIT CANDIDATES WHO CAN NOT START ASAP.
• A current Vermont RN or multi-state RN licensure
• BLS (American Heart Association)
• ACLS
• Flu shot is required, no exceptions.
• Reliable personal transportation is essential.
• All required credentials be uploaded five business days before your start date.
• This is NOT a pediatric floor but may occasionally have a pediatric patient - DO NOT SUBMIT PEDI ONLY RNs.
• Must have at least 3 years of acute care experience.
  

  
   Duties & Responsibilities:
  

    
• Coordinate exceptional patient care for adult and pediatric patients.
• Provide comprehensive medical, surgical, outpatient, observation, swing bed, and pediatric care in the dynamic general Med/Surg unit.
• Collaborate with a talented group of professionals and lead them to meet the unique needs of our diverse patient population, all while utilizing the innovative Nursing Process to make critical decisions.
• Ensure holistic care, ensuring that patients' age, physiological, spiritual, psychosocial, and developmental needs are met with compassion and proficiency.
• Be accountable to the Unit Director and work closely with the Clinical Nurse Lead and/or Nursing Supervisor during your shift, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
