An established healthcare team in western Wisconsin, just north of La Crosse, is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join a collaborative outpatient practice.

Position Highlights:

• Provide comprehensive outpatient Family Medicine in a patient-centered setting

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school


• Completion of an accredited graduate medical training program in Family Medicine


• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine


• Unrestricted or eligible medical licensure in Wisconsin and applicable states within the practice region


• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care and collaborative practice


• Interest in teaching and supporting the development of future healthcare professionals
