What You’ll Do:
- Manage patient flow throughout the clinic, providing support to healthcare providers
- Assist with standard rooming procedures for diverse patient populations, including infants to geriatrics
- Administer immunizations, injections, and medications as directed
- Collect laboratory specimens and perform phlebotomy duties
- Support patients via telephone and facilitate communication between patients and providers
- Assist with prescription refills, prior authorizations, and supply stocking
- Perform basic laboratory tests and support front desk operations as needed
- Perform X-ray duties if certified in X-ray operation
What You Need:
- Certification as a Medical Assistant (preferred)
- Ability to perform clinical and clerical tasks within scope of practice
- Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation
- Experience working with diverse patient age groups and backgrounds
