What You’ll Do:
- Provide compassionate nursing care for general medical and surgical patients
- Manage patient assessments, treatments, and documentation
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Demonstrate charge capabilities and lead patient care activities
- Support patients in ortho, geriatric, rehab, and occasionally pediatric populations
- Adhere to facility protocols and maintain professional scrub attire (no specific color required)
- Contribute to a positive, patient-centered environment
What You Need:
- Valid RN license in Texas
- BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
- Minimum of 2 years Med Surg experience
- Strong clinical, communication, and team collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, diverse patient setting
