What You’ll Do
- Provide direct patient care on the medical surgical floor, including outpatient treatment, inpatient, OBS, and swing bed services (no surgery).
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, adjusting care plans as needed.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care delivery.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Document patient progress accurately in medical records.
- Educate patients and families about post-discharge care and health management.
- Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.
What You Need
- Valid RN license in Texas
- Minimum of 1-2 years of medical surgical nursing experience
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
