What You’ll Do:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to adult patients in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
- Monitor and interpret telemetry, ventilator settings, and conscious sedation
- Manage patients on vents, ensuring safety and compliance with protocols
- Float within units of equivalent or lower acuity as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- Document patient info accurately in EPIC electronic health record system
- Respond promptly to patient needs during night shifts
What You Need:
Required:
- Ohio RN license
- 2+ years of nursing experience, preferably in a PCU or similar setting
- Skills in telemetry, ventilator management, and conscious sedation
- Ability to work 3x12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Preferred:
- BLS, ACLS certifications
- NIH certification
