What You’ll Do
- Provide specialized ICU care across various units including Neuro, Surgical, Medical, Cardiology, CVICU, SICU, and NCCU.
- Float between units based on staffing needs and patient acuity, maintaining flexibility and team collaboration.
- Manage ventilators, perform telemetry monitoring, and start IVs for critically ill patients.
- Utilize EPIC electronic medical records proficiently.
- Ensure patient safety and follow clinical protocols for critical care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes.
What You Need
Required:
- Ohio RN license with minimum 2 years ICU experience
- BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
- Proficiency with EPIC EMR system
- Experience with IV Starts, Telemetry, Ventilator management
Preferred:
- Previous travel nursing experience
