What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality emergency care in a Level 4 trauma center with an average monthly volume of 900 patients
- Collaborate with 24/7 in-house emergency physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Manage a fast-paced ER team, including 2 RNs on day shift and 2 RNs on night shift
- Utilize TruBridge EMR to document patient care and treatment plans
- Respond to diverse medical emergencies across a busy 8-bed ER unit
- Ensure patient safety and comfort while following all hospital protocols
- Support trauma and critical care procedures as required
What You Need
- Valid RN license in Texas
- ER experience of at least 1 year
- Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIH
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
