What You’ll Do
- Provide direct patient care to adult and pediatric patients in a combined Med/Surg unit
- Maintain a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5-6 for quality care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute patient care plans
- Document patient progress using TruBridge EMR system
- Ensure safety and compliance standards are met
- Assist in patient education and discharge planning
- Adhere to facility policies and protocols
What You Need
- Valid RN license in Texas
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- At least 1 year of recent Med/Surg RN experience
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work in a high-paced environment
