What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality nursing care on a medical surgical unit including outpatient treatment, inpatient, OBS, and swing bed services (no surgery)
- Monitor patient health status and assist with treatments, procedures, and medication administration
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- Ensure all care is delivered in accordance with hospital policies and procedures
- Document patient information accurately and timely
- Support patient and family education for ongoing health management
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant environment
What You Need
- Valid RN license in Texas
- Proven experience in medical surgical nursing
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
