Momentum Health Staffing is seeking a full-time Board Certified/Board Eligible Ophthalmology Medical Director to join a busy, hospital-employed practice in Rutland, Vermont.

Work alongside an additional Ophthalmologist, an Optometrist, and an experienced support team of Certified Ophthalmic Assistants
Busy practice with strong surgical volume and excellent growth potential
Competitive base salary with the opportunity to earn a productivity-based incentive
1:4 call schedule with minimal call burden
Dedicated OR blocks at a state-of-the-art procedure center to accommodate high-volume surgery
Updated operating room equipment
Leadership opportunity as Medical Director within an established ophthalmology practice

Qualifications
MD or DO degree
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Ophthalmology
Eligible for medical licensure in the State of Vermont
Strong clinical and leadership skills
