• Clinic hours: 8:00 A.M. – 4:30 P.M.
• See scheduled patients in clinic, including urgent consults, follow-up visits, and on-treatment patients
• No clinic call
• No weekend coverage
• No call coverage required
• Sole provider coverage during assignment

• Cancer Center / Hospital-Based Oncology Practice
• Outpatient Clinic-Based Radiation Oncology
• Sole Provider Coverage During Assignment

Patient Population

• Radiation oncology patients
• Average daily clinic volume: 5–10 patients
• No pediatric patients

Clinical Requirements

Specialty Experience

• Radiation Oncology
• Experience managing radiation oncology patients
• Comfortable functioning as the sole provider during scheduled coverage periods

Procedures

• Radiation therapy treatments
• CT simulations
• Urgent radiation oncology consultations
• Follow-up visits
• On-treatment patient management

Requirements

• Board Certified Radiation Oncology - [REQUIRED]
• Active Ohio Medical License - [PREFERRED]

• Reference from Recent Locum Assignment (if applicable) - [REQUIRED]
