You will join an approachable, collaborative group of subspecialists who routinely refer within the practice and support one another rather than expecting physicians to work outside their comfort zones. The incoming surgeon will have substantial freedom to shape the practice around their interests, whether that means staying exclusively focused on hand or expanding farther into the upper extremity. A large regional catchment area brings patients from well beyond the immediate community, supporting both immediate volume and long-term practice growth. Position, Compensation & Organization 

• $740,000 base salary plus sign-on incentive 
• 100% Hand & Upper Extremity volume available 
• Dedicated OR time with immediate block time available 
• Typical practice model supports approximately 2-2.5 clinic days and 2 OR days per week 
• 1:10 General Orthopedic call 
• General orthopedic cases limited to call with no routine general cases required 
• Call compensated at $1,600 per night 
• Level II Trauma Center with trauma team support for evaluation and admissions 
• Dedicated orthopedic hospital with 6 ORs and an 18-bed orthopedic floor 
• Multiple APPs provide clinical and surgical support 
• On-site X-ray, CT, MRI and pr
