Description
- Work Dates Needed: 11/1, 11/2, 11/3, 11/8, 11/9, 11/18, 11/22, 11/26, 11/29, 12/3, 12/12, 12/13, 12/15, 12/18, 12/22, 12/23, 12/24, 12/26, 12/30.
- Preferred Schedule: 24 hour pager call
- Worksite Setting: Level III NICU, 22 beds, private rooms
- Scope of Work: ADC: 20, 1,700 annual deliveries, 95% newborn admits, HFOV, HFJV, inhaled nitric oxide, therapeutic hypothermia, no cardiac surgery except PDA ligations, no ECMO
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Board Certified, VA license, BLS, NRP, PALS
