Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff and patient care units.

• Coordinate staffing, nursing assignments, and shift transitions.

• Collaborate with management on staff evaluations and development.

• Support patient flow and efficient daily operations.

• Assist with patient, family, and staff education.

• Promote patient satisfaction and resolve concerns.

• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and quality initiatives.

• Participate in hourly rounding and support nursing excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.

• Current BLS certification.

• ACLS certification.

• PALS or NRP certification as required by unit assignment.

• Specialty certification required within two years of hire or promotion.

• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

• Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
