JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Board: AANP or ANCC certification required
  
• Licenses: Active unrestricted Tennessee RN License, Active Tennessee Nurse Practitioner License, Active Tennessee DEA Registration with Tennessee address, Prescriptive Authority required
  
• DEA / CDS: Active DEA required
  
• Certifications: ACLS, PALS
  
• Experience: 2 years of Emergency Medicine experience preferred; new graduates considered
  
• Other Qualifications: Case logs from previous two years required; CME including Preeclampsia-Eclampsia; Documentation of MMR and Varicella vaccinations or positive immunity titers; Two-step TB test within past 12 months
  

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide comprehensive emergency medical care to patients in the ED.
  
• Collaborate with supervising physicians to manage high-acuity patients.
  
• Perform emergency procedures including suturing, splinting, and wound care.
  
• Document patient evaluations and treatments in Epic EMR.
  
• Ensure compliance with facility credentialing and privileging requirements.
