Requirements
-- Board Certified
-- Active Michigan license
-- BLS certification
-- Provider must be local
-- Must have clean background for quick credentialing
-- Must be available for listed coverage dates

Assignment Details
-- Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit (20 beds)
-- Reason for Coverage: Physiatrist Vacation
-- Patients must be seen face-to-face within 24 hours of admission
-- On-site coverage includes rounding and consults
-- Scheduled team conferences
-- Hospital inpatient rehabilitation coverage only
-- 100% adult rehabilitation
-- Patient volume: 10-20 patients per day
-- 24-hour lab and anesthesia department available
-- EMR: Cerner
-- Facility Trauma Level: Level III
