What You’ll Do
- Decontaminate all surgical instruments and scopes, including drills, DaVinci, and other specialized equipment
- Assemble instruments across various service lines, including trauma, loaners, and peel packaging
- Operate sterilization machinery such as Sterrad and steam sterilizers
- Manage HLD (High-Level Disinfection) and scope reprocessing
- Maintain sterile storage and inventory control using Censitrac tracking system
- Serve as OR liaison for instrument management and communication
- Ensure compliance with sterilization protocols and hospital standards
What You Need
- Valid CBSPD or CRCST certification (through HSPA)
- Prior experience with Medivator is required (please self-rate on a 1-4 scale in application)
- Strong knowledge of sterilization processes and scope handling
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
