What You’ll Do
- Provide occupational therapy services to pediatric patients aged 0-3 years in the Infant Child Development (ICD) program
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver therapy sessions focused on activities of daily living, neuromuscular, sensory-intergrative, cognitive, and psychosocial skills
- Educate families and caregivers on therapy goals and strategies
- Document services and progress according to facility protocols
- Participate in discharge and transition planning for patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
What You Need
- Valid state occupational therapy license
- Experience working with pediatric populations preferred
- Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
