• Any traveler not currently in possession of an active State of HI license must apply upon acceptance of offer. Candidate must have Hawaii License by start of assignment.
    
• At least 1 year hospital acute care within the last year.
    
• ACLS preferred
    
• current PALS preferred
    
• NIHSS certification preferred
  

  
   Duties & Responsibilities:
  

    
• Primary Nursing care
    
• Telemetry monitoring
    
• Telemetry strip reading
    
• Fingerstick blood sugar
    
• Floating to other units/departments (Yes, will float to all acute units in house. Medical, Surgical/Peds, ICU and ER possible)
    
• Equipment utilized: Meditech charting, Pyxis for medications, BIPAP, Continuous cardiac monitoring
