- Shift Schedule: Rotating schedule with one week of 24/7 NICU inpatient service coverage followed by one week off-service, including night call responsibilities during active service weeks in a continuous 24-hour Level III NICU environment.
- Weekend Requirements: Weekend coverage required on a rotating basis during on-service weeks as part of NICU staffing schedule
- On-Call Requirements: Every other night call during on-service weeks (NICU coverage on a rotating schedule)

Requirements:
- TRULY Board Eligible or Board Certified – [REQUIRED]
- South Carolina Medical License (or willingness to obtain) – [HIGHLY PREFFERED]
- Clean Malpractice/License History – (HIGHLY PREFFERED)
- Neonatology experience – [REQUIRED] (experienced candidates only)
- Does the provider require visa support (J1/H1B)? – [REQUIRED] to specify
- Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) - [REQUIRED] * no exemption, required at presentation
