ASHS represents 3 facilities in Minnesota in need of Family Medicine locums coverage.
- Coverage Type: Outpatient
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (lunch required)
- Patient Volume: Average 16-20 patients per day
- Appointment Template: 20-minute appointment slots
- Assignment Length: 90 days
- Start Date: Coverage approved for 90 days beginning upon provider credentialing completion
- EMR: Epic
- Practice Setting: Outpatient
- Board Status: BE/BC accepted
- License Requirement: No license required for presentation
- Certifications Required: BLS required
