- Pay Rate: $200/hr
- Night Call: $880 (incl. 2.5 hrs gratis)
- 24-Hour Call: $1,600 (incl. 4 hrs gratis)
- Callback: $200/hr
- Qualifications: NP/PA Surgeon - Cardiothoracic
- Board Certified
- KY License
- ACLS, BLS
- DEA
- Facility: A General Medical and Surgical Hospital
- Schedule: Dates: November 12-15, November 25-30, December 18-28, 2026, January 22-25, January 29-February 2, February 5-8, 2027 - Ongoing
- Mon-Fri 7:00am-7:00pm plus Night Call 7:00pm-7:00am; Weekends 24-hour (7:00am-7:00am)
- Assignment: Inpatient - Surgery
- Duties: surgical CT, vein harvest, chest tube placement.
- EMR: Epic
