- Job Setting:Â Hospital call coverage
- Types of Cases:Â General hematology/oncology consults
- Credentialing:Â 45 daysÂ
Minimum Requirements - Board Certified or Board Eligible Hematology/Oncology
- Certifications:Â ACLS, BLS, DEA
- Licensure:Â AZ license required or IMLC with LOQ in hand
