Our client is seeking a dedicated OB/GYN Physician for an 8-day assignment in Nevada. This role involves 24-hour on-call shifts from 7 AM to 7 AM, with responsibilities including managing low and high-risk pregnancies, performing and interpreting OB ultrasounds, conducting routine and complicated deliveries, repairing lacerations, and performing operative/major gynecological procedures as needed.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage low and high risk pregnancies.
• Perform and interpret OB ultrasounds.
• Conduct routine and complicated deliveries (vaginal, low forceps, C-sections, breech, multiple births, abruptions).
• Repair 3rd and 4th degree lacerations.
• Perform operative and major gynecological procedures as needed.

Additional Information

• Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology required.
• Advanced Burn Life Support (ABLS) certification required.
• EMR System: Medhost
• Work Setting: Call Only with out-of-house call.
• Patients per day: Approximately 20 patient encounters per shift.
• LOA: 8 Days
• Staffing Mix: 1 RN, 1 MA, 1 PA/NP, 2 Office Staff
