Description
We are seeking a dedicated Critical Care Medicine Physician Assistant for an 18-day assignment in Tennessee. Our client requires coverage for night shifts, from 7 PM to 7 AM, involving clinical work in the ICU and performance of critical procedures such as intubations, central line placements, and arterial line placements. Responsibilities and Duties - Work clinically in the ICU while the Medical Doctor is on call
- Perform intubations
- Perform central line placements
- Perform arterial line placements
Additional Information - Required Board Certifications: Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Certification (ACNP-BC)
- Other Required Certifications: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS); Basic Life Support (BLS)
- EMR: Meditech EHR
- Setting: Inpatient
- Call Schedule: No Call
- Patients per day: 10-12
- LOA: 18 Days
- Staffing Mix: Support Staff: MDs & APPs
