JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Board: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
  
• Licenses: Active VA state license (preferred)
  
• DEA: Active DEA Certification
  
• Certifications: NRP, Board Certified/Board Eligible, DEA
  
• Other Qualifications: Availability for listed dates required; clean malpractice history required; prior BSMH experience must be disclosed.
  

Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform emergency obstetric and gynecologic surgeries.
  
• Conduct gynecologic and OB triage evaluations.
  
• Manage labor & delivery.
  
• Provide recovery and post-partum care.
  
• Participate in 24-hour call coverage (including in-house, beeper, and Tigertext).
