Requirements & Qualifications
State License: Active Arkansas (AR) Medical License
Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible (BE within 5 years of residency completion)
Life Support Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS
Credentialing Timeline: ~90 Days
Clinical Scope & Support Staff
Core Duties: Inpatient rounding plus call coverage.
Support Staff: Mid-levels and residents perform a majority of bedside procedures, though the attending provider must be proficient in all standard ICU procedures if intervention is needed.
Call Support: Support staff assists with call coverage during daytime hours. Requested Coverage Need (By Week) November 2026:
