SCHEDULE . Coverage Type: Outpatient . Schedule Type: Clinic only . Call Type: N/A . Schedule (per week): Clinic days: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. OR days Monday, Wednesday . Dates of Need: February - ongoing . Shift Times: 8am-5pm . Lunch N/A . Provider Min # Shifts Required: Full time preferred but will look at 1-2 weeks per month . Guaranteed Hours per Day: 8 . Hours Worked for OT to apply: 40

ADDITIONAL DETAILS Breast surgery center seeking coverage for a provider on FLMA leave. Will be a mix of clinic and surgery. Prefer full time, but would take 0.5 FTE and would consider other offers as well. Preferred fellowship in surgical oncology or breast.
