Seeking a Vascular Surgery Division Chair to join a collaborative academic medical team northwest of Boston, Massachusetts.

Position Highlights:

• Lead the clinical, strategic and operational development of an academic vascular surgery division.
• Guide program growth, access, clinical quality, capital planning and performance improvement.
• Recruit and mentor faculty and advanced practitioners and advance surgical education, research and training programs.
• Partner with clinical and administrative leaders across a tertiary medical center.
• MD/DO or equivalent, vascular surgery board certification or eligibility and Massachusetts licensure eligibility are required, with at least five years of practice and demonstrated leadership.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Full-time annual base salary range: $650,000–$700,000.
• Comprehensive benefits package.
• Performance incentives may be available based on role eligibility, productivity and quality.
