Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician
StartDate: ASAP
Pay Rate: $184.30 - $199.50
This facility is seeking two Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physicians for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8AM-4PM, 1 week per month of call coverage for inpatient rehabilitation
- Practice Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient
- Scope: Adult rehabilitation medicine, including inpatient rehab, neuro rehabilitation, concussion management, and outpatient PM&R care
- Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days
- State Licensure: Active Indiana license required
- Requirements: Board Certified, Active Indiana Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA), Controlled Substance Registration (CSR)
