-Locations: Northridge, Thousand Oaks, and Los Angeles
-Start date: ASAP, on-going until permanent provider is hired (option for locums to perm)
-Schedule: Monday – Friday
-Shift: 8a-5p
-Facilities: new clinics, influx of patients
-Patient volume: 10-15 per day
-Support staff: NP/PA, MAs, full office staff
-Group: total of 38 doctors at 28 different locations throughout California
**Requirements: Board Certified, CA medical license, HEM/ONC preferred but not required
