The Interventional Locum Tenens Opportunity in Delaware:
-Start date: august 6, 2018
-Duration: August 2018 through October 2018 (possibility of extension)
-Reason for need: one of the Cardiologists is taking leave
-Clinic Monday – Friday; the facility breaks up the week so that they do not have the same cardiologist in the clinic for the entire week
-Shift times: 8:30a – 4:30p
-Call every 3rd weekend; possible night call
-Average of 12-15 scheduled patients per day in clinic; up to 6 consults per day in hospital
-No mid-level coverage
-EMR: Cerner/Allscripts in clinic and Powerchart in hospital
-3 exam rooms in clinic
-100% adult (50% of that is geriatric)
-Facility has 10 ICU beds (120 beds total)
-Must be able to respond to house codes

-Procedures: Balloon Angioplasties, Coronary Angioplasty, PCI, Heart Catheterization, Valves, Coronary Angiograms, Embolic protection, Carotid artery stenting, medical management of vascular disease, TEE

**Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of residency, hold an active Delaware medical license, TEE Cardioversion experience, ACLS, BLS, DEA**
