Nurse Practitioner

Family Medicine Clinic

Coverage Dates: August 7,8,9,10, and 11 (Future coverage dates will be available)

Hours: 7am - 12pm then 1pm to 5pm on Monday - Thursday and 8am to 12pm on Friday.

NP with Family Practice experience of at least one year preferred.

Outpatient only

No Call

- - Pay Rate is $75/Hour

Travel and Malpractice are Covered.
