Office Location: Deer Park, TX
Coverage Dates: ASAP – Ongoing (Client is recruiting for a Permanent candidate)
Schedule: Client will consider Part-time and/or Full-time availability
Hours: 8am - 5pm , M - F
Occupational Health Services: Diagnosis, Prevention, and Rehabilitation.
Candidate must be DOT certified

Pay Rate is $75/Hour

Travel and Malpractice are covered.
