Dates needed: ASAP – Ongoing
Cleveland, OH
Outpatient Only
Primary Care/Wellness Health
Hormone replacement therapy (HRT) – Training is available
Weight Loss
Hours: client is flexible – 5 to 8 hours a week needed
EHR: Practice Fusion
Patients per hour: 1-2 Pay Rate $120/Hour Malpractice and Travel(Mileage reimbursement) are covered.
